Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, enrollment process, FAA Part 107 training program, and related services offered by 2FLY Drone Consulting & Licensing("2FLY," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, submitting an enrollment request, or purchasing access to our course, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our website or enroll in our training program. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

1. Educational services

2FLY provides online FAA Part 107 drone training and related educational materials. Our program is designed to help learners prepare for the FAA Part 107 remote pilot knowledge test and understand foundational operational concepts.

We are an independent training provider. We are not the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), we do not issue FAA certificates, and we do not guarantee that you will pass the FAA knowledge test or obtain any license or certification.

2. Eligibility

To enroll, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate enrollment and contact information

Our training is intended for adults pursuing commercial drone certification or professional development. It is not directed to children under 13.

3. Enrollment, payment, and course access

Course purchases and account setup are completed through our learning platform hosted by Absorb LMS. When you click "Enroll now" on our website, you may be directed to https://2flydrones.myabsorb.com to complete checkout and access setup.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid enrollment includes access to the Part 107 training program and the included learning app for five (5) weeks from the date you initiate access. Access begins when you activate your course, not necessarily on the date of purchase.

You are responsible for starting access within any timeframe stated at purchase and for completing the self-paced program within your access window.

4. Pricing and promotions

Prices, limited-time offers, and included features are shown on our website and at checkout. We may change pricing or promotions at any time, but changes will not affect amounts already paid for an active enrollment unless required by law.

The FAA charges separately for scheduling and taking the official Part 107 knowledge test. That fee is not included in our course price unless explicitly stated at checkout.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the refund policy displayed at checkout and on our learning platform at the time of purchase. If no separate refund policy is shown, contact us promptly through the enrollment interest form on our website if you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law or platform policy.

We do not provide refunds for failure to pass the FAA knowledge test, failure to complete the course within your access window, or issues outside our reasonable control.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or course materials with unauthorized users
  • Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute course content without permission
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to compromise our website or learning platform
  • Use our services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when enrolling or communicating with us

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or misused the training program.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, materials, branding, website design, and included learning app content are owned by 2FLY or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access materials during your paid access period for your own learning. You may not publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

8. Third-party services

Our website and training delivery rely on third-party providers, including our learning management and payment platform (Absorb LMS), hosting providers, and analytics or infrastructure services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for outages, security incidents, or policy changes caused solely by third-party platforms, though we work with reputable vendors for course delivery.

9. Disclaimers

Our training is provided for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • You will pass the FAA Part 107 knowledge test
  • Course materials will always be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Training alone satisfies all legal, insurance, or operational requirements for drone work

You are responsible for complying with FAA regulations, local laws, airspace restrictions, and safe operating practices when flying.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2FLY and its owners, instructors, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, test failure, business interruption, or regulatory penalties arising from your use of our website or training program.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific course giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event, unless a higher limit is required by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 2FLY from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or unsafe or unlawful drone operations.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes apply from the date posted unless otherwise required by law. Continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which 2FLY Drone Consulting & Licensing is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the enrollment interest form on our homepage or through the contact options provided on our learning platform at checkout.
